Use the content calendar

See every planned article, and keep, swap, move or remove topics before they're written.

Review what's planned

The calendar always holds this month and the next. Each day with an article shows its topic; open one to see the keyword and its details.

Change a planned article

  1. Open the article on the calendar.
  2. Choose Keep to lock it in, or Swap keyword to pick another researched keyword.
  3. Change the article type or posting time if you want.
  4. To move it, drag it to a later empty day. Only articles that aren't written yet can move.
  5. To drop it, choose Remove. Block also stops that keyword coming back.

Fill or replace the plan

  1. Fill empty days adds topics to open days without touching the ones you have.
  2. Replace all keywords re-plans both months from scratch. You can do this 3 times a month.

A week can stay empty on purpose. We only plan keywords a blog can realistically rank for.
