The free week comes first
Every website starts with a free trial: one article and its social posts, on your own site, with no card. You see real output before you pay, which is why the rules below can be simple.
Full refund
Within 14 days of your first payment for a website, if no article has yet been published to that site under the paid plan, email hello@postiplex.com and we refund the payment in full.
Pro-rata refund
If we cannot provide the service for a continuous period of more than 7 days for reasons on our side, the affected days are refunded or credited.
No refund
Cancelling partway through a period you paid for does not refund the remainder; the plan runs to the end of the period. Annual plans are not refunded after the first 14 days, because the discount is for the commitment. Episodes, videos and images already produced for you are not refundable individually.
How to ask
Email hello@postiplex.com from the address on the account with the website and the payment date. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
