A YouTube video every week, and a short one for the feeds
The episode becomes a long-form video: the article's images with a slow push, chapter titles and the waveform. A separate short clip, faceless or with a presenter, goes to the channels that take video.
- The article's images with a slow push, chapter titles, the waveform
- Posted before the article, so the article embeds the player at publish
- Description carries chapters and links to the article
What it does
The episode video
The article's images, a cover tile, chapter titles and the audio waveform, rendered from the episode. Posted to your YouTube channel.
Posted before the article
About ninety minutes before, with the article's predicted address in the description, so the article embeds the player the moment it is live.
Chapters and links
The description carries the chapter marks and a link to the article. The video is also embedded at the bottom of the article.
The short video
A twenty-second clip for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and any channel that takes video: captions over the article's images, with music.
A presenter, if you want one
Choose an avatar from the library or train one from your own photo. It speaks a hook, the point and a close in your podcast voice, with cutaways to the images.
Nothing rendered for nobody
A video is only made when a connected channel will post it. No YouTube channel, no long video; no video channel, no short clip.
How the video is cut
- 1The episode audio sets the length; its measured chapters become the title cards.
- 2Each article image gets a scene with a slow push; scenes cross-fade.
- 3The encode is budgeted to stay under the upload limit without visible loss.
- 4For the presenter clip, a short script is written, spoken in your voice, lip-synced to an avatar and cut with one or two cutaways.
What you control
- YouTube on or off
- Faceless captions or a presenter for the short video
- Which avatar: from the library, or your own photo
- Which channels take video
- Music style, shared with the podcast
Setup steps: help docs.
Is the video a talking head?
The long video is faceless: images, chapters and waveform, like a visualised podcast. The short clip can have an avatar presenter if you choose one.
Can I use my own face?
Yes. Upload a photo and an avatar is trained from it in minutes. It is parked when you choose a library avatar instead.
Do you upload captions?
The description carries chapters and links; our own caption file cannot be attached through the publishing service yet.
Which plan has video?
