Connect your AI agent

Give an agent access to selected websites, settings, keywords and campaign status.

Connect with sign-in

  1. Add a remote MCP server in your agent and enter https://postiplex.com/api/mcp as the server address.
  2. Follow the sign-in link to Postiplex. Check the agent's name, choose the websites it may access and review the permissions.
  3. Read lets the agent inspect your content and settings. Choose Change only if it should update them. Changes can affect future publishing schedules.
  4. If offered, Run paid content tools permits paid tools available on your plan, follows your existing plan limits and may use paid generation. It requires Read and Change and does not change billing settings or provider prices.
  5. Website creation is a separate permission from Change. If you want the agent to add its first website, explicitly allow website creation when that option is offered.
  6. Choose Connect agent, then return to your agent to finish the connection.

Connecting an agent does not publish a post immediately. Blog and social connections still need your sign-in or credentials in the Postiplex browser screens.

Connect with a personal key

  1. Open Settings → Account and find the agent connection controls.
  2. Under Create a key, give the key a name, choose its websites, permissions and expiry, then choose Create key. With Change enabled, you can separately allow paid content tools and website creation.
  3. Copy the key while it is shown. It cannot be displayed again after you leave the page.
  4. Use https://postiplex.com/api/mcp as the server address. Put the key in your client's secure bearer-token field or Authorization header, never in the server URL.

Start with Read unless the agent needs to make changes. Keep the key out of shared prompts and repositories.

Review or stop access

  1. Return to the agent connection controls in Settings → Account to review the websites, permissions, expiry and last use.
  2. Choose Revoke access for a sign-in connection, or Revoke key for a personal key. The agent will need a new connection to continue.

If a sign-in request expires, restart the connection from your agent. If a key expires or is lost, create a new key.
