1. Who we are
Postiplex is operated by [legal entity name], [registered address]("Postiplex", "we"). You can reach us at hello@postiplex.com.
2. The service
Postiplex researches keywords for your website, writes and illustrates articles, publishes them to the blog platform you connect, posts to the social accounts you connect, and, on plans that include it, produces podcast episodes and videos and publishes them to your feed and channels. The service runs on a schedule you configure. We may change features over time; material changes to a paid plan are announced on the changelog and by email before they take effect.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business whose website and accounts you connect. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since sign-in is by email link, and for everyone you add to your account.
4. Connected accounts
By connecting a blog platform or a social account you authorise Postiplex to publish to it on your behalf according to your settings. You can revoke that authorisation at any time, in Postiplex or on the platform. Each platform's own terms apply to what is published there, and you are responsible for complying with them.
5. Content
Everything Postiplex produces for your account (articles, images, posts, episodes, videos) is yours to use without restriction once it is produced; we claim no ownership of it. Content is generated by automated systems from your business profile and public sources. We check facts against sources, but we do not guarantee that every statement is accurate, lawful in your jurisdiction, or suitable for your audience, and you remain responsible for what is published under your name. You may remove or edit anything on your own site and accounts at any time.
You must not use Postiplex to publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive or harmful, or to connect accounts you are not entitled to use. We may suspend an account that does.
6. Voices and likeness
If you record your voice or upload a photo for an avatar, you confirm that it is your own voice or likeness, or that you have the person's explicit permission, and you grant us the right to process it to produce content for your account. Recorded voices and avatars are deleted when you remove them or close your account.
7. Plans, payment and cancellation
Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed per website, monthly or annually in advance, through our payment provider. You may cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period paid for and does not renew. Refunds are governed by the refund policy. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email; a change applies from your next renewal.
8. Free trial
The free trial produces one article and its social posts for one website without payment. It may be used once per business. We may end or change the trial at any time.
9. Availability
We aim to run the service continuously, but it depends on third-party platforms and providers and may be interrupted. A scheduled article that cannot be published on time is published when the connection is restored. We are not liable for the unavailability of a platform we publish to.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Postiplex is provided as is, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, rankings or followers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. On closure we delete your account data as described in the privacy policy; content already published to your own site and accounts is unaffected.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the courts of [place], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
