Connect once. Then every week runs itself.
Here is what happens between entering your website address and the week's article, posts, episode and video going out, and what Postiplex does when something goes wrong.

Setup, once
Five steps, usually under half an hour.
- Step 1
Enter your website address
Postiplex reads your sitemap and pages, drafts a business profile (what you do, who you serve, where) and shows it to you.
- Step 2
Confirm the profile
Correct anything, add topics to focus on or avoid, and for a local business the cities to target. This steers every keyword choice.
- Step 3
Connect your blog
WordPress with an application password, Shopify with a custom app, or your own site with a signed webhook.
- Step 4
Connect your channels
Each social channel authorises through its own sign-in screen. Switch the podcast and YouTube on if you want them.
- Step 5
Pick a posting day
The calendar fills with two months of keywords. Swap, pin or move any of them, or leave it alone.
Every week, six things
In this order, from one keyword. Each is on or off by your settings; none needs you to press anything.
Step 1 of 6
Pick a keyword your blog can win
Postiplex breaks your business into search dimensions, pulls real volumes, reads the pages that rank and keeps only keywords where ordinary blog posts already sit in the top ten. If nothing clears the bar, the week stays empty.
Keywords your blog can win- commuter bike for hillsKD 14chosen
- best commuter bikeKD 61too hard
- bike shop near meKD 22no room
- bike lane rulesKD 9off topic
- belt drive vs chainKD 18next week
Step 2 of 6
Write it to a plan, then check every fact
Before writing, it builds a blueprint: who is searching, what the ranking pages share, a section plan with word budgets. After writing, a fact checker verifies every number, date and claim against sources and fixes what it cannot confirm.
Section planwords- 1Why hills change the choice80–120
- 2Gearing: what the numbers mean150–220
- 3Our three picks, by hill200–280
- 4Mistakes we see every week90–140
Fact check- 12 facts checked against sources
- 2 figures softened
- 1 claim removed
Step 3 of 6
Publish to your blog, with the images in your own library
At your posting time the article goes to WordPress, Shopify or your own site by webhook. Images are named after what they show and copied into your media library. The podcast player and the video are embedded at the bottom.

- 4 images, named after what they show, copied into your media library
- Your own product photos where the article names your products
- Podcast player and video embedded at the bottom
Step 4 of 6
Post it on every channel, spread over the week
Each connected channel gets its own post, written for that channel, sent at staggered times after publish so it never looks automated. Failed sends retry three times and tell you if they still fail.

Step 5 of 6
Turn it into a podcast episode
Two hosts talk through the article as an episode of your own show, with chapters measured from the audio, a music bed under the voices and your brand's links in the notes. Record your own voice or describe one, and the hosts speak in it.

- 2:22Gearing, in plain words
- 3:39Three picks
- 4:56What to avoid
Step 6 of 6
Make the YouTube video
The episode becomes a long-form video: the article's images with a slow push, chapter titles and the waveform. It posts about ninety minutes before the article, so the article embeds the player the moment it is live.
Episode videoTue 7:30- The article's images with a slow push, chapter titles, the waveform
- Posted before the article, so the article embeds the player at publish
- Description carries chapters and links to the article
The timing
- Two months are always planned ahead, so a month never opens empty.
- The article is written about eight hours before its posting time, with the images and the social drafts.
- The podcast episode is recorded after the article; the YouTube video after the episode.
- The video posts about ninety minutes before the article, so the article can embed it.
- The article publishes at your posting time. Social posts go out at staggered times afterwards.
- A daily email tells you what went out and anything that needs you.
When something fails
- No keyword clears the bar
- The week stays empty. Nothing weak is planted to fill it.
- The podcast or the video is late
- The article goes out on time anyway. They never hold it up.
- A social send fails
- It retries three times, fifteen minutes apart, then shows on your dashboard with the reason.
- Your blog refuses the post
- Integrations shows the error the platform returned and what to change; the article waits.
- An image cannot be copied to your library
- The article publishes with the image served from our storage instead.
